[Resolved] Delay in Data Updates

We’re experiencing a delay in data updates due to the recent Amazon Web Services issue that affected one of our providers. Our team will rerun affected data by 10/22 (Wednesday).

There will be no data loss during this time. However, you may not see data entered on 10/20 (Monday) or 10/21 (Tuesday) in your dashboards until the rerun is complete.

In addition, our teams have discovered that some users may have trouble accessing response rates dashboards and completion lists for ongoing surveys. There has been no data loss for surveys while access has been down.

Our teams are working to resolve access to these features and we'll update once access has been restored.

Our teams have resolved the issue affecting some users' ability to access response rate dashboards, completion lists, and some classic survey reporting for ongoing surveys. There has been no unexpected data loss for surveys while this access has been down.

[Resolved] Degraded Platform Performance

Our teams have become aware of an issue with our infrastructure providers causing some areas of our platform to become degraded and experience slower load times. Some features may not be available on the platform such as Student Success reports and some of our AI features.

We are currently working on improving the platform performance as much as possible while waiting for this to be resolved by the infrastructure providers and apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused.

Our platform is recovering from today's degraded platform performance incident. Most of the platform appears to be back up and running as normal. We will continue to monitor progress over the next few hours and provide an update once things are confirmed as resolved.
