Our teams recently became aware that student information is not populating correctly on student profiles for some clients at the moment. Survey-taking and reports access are not impacted. We are investigating this, and apologize for any inconvenience this has caused.

Panorama Education's self service anonymous survey generation feature is not working as expected, preventing administrators to distribute survey links with collapsed access codes within the admin tools. Survey-taking is not impacted for these surveys. We are investigating, and apologize for any inconvenience this has caused.

We are currently investigating an issue that is impacting viewing survey details after surveys have been generated for clients running surveys with more than 10k students in the roster. This may affect clients within their Secure/Projects page. We are disabling opt ins/opt outs for students that were added in a mid-window upload in the meantime. We are investigating, and apologize for any inconvenience this has caused.
